Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Introductory course to continuum dynamical systems ( long-time behaviour of ordinary differential equations), including, stability for fixed points, Lyapunov functions, Poincaré-Bendixson theorem, Hartman-Grobman theorem,...Course method: students will work at home by reading the course book while class is planned to be active: working on the reading, answering questions, solving exercises, working in small groups. It will not be the standard blackboard class.
Assessment and permitted materials
Oral exam.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Course on ordinary differential equations.
