Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
As you have learned in the first semester, human rights are often categorized within the so-called "generations" of human rights. This course will focus on the material rights of each generation. While this class aims to outline the contents, definition and delimitations of each guarantee, it will also attempt to elaborate on the latest developments in jurisprudence and doctrine.
