Aims, contents and method of the course

Die Studierenden beherrschen die einschlägigen computerstrafrechtlichen und
medienstrafrechtlichen Tatbestände und kennen die relevante Judikatur und Literatur. Sie sind in der Lage, neue Internetsachverhalte selbständig auf ihre strafrechtlichen Implikationen zu bewerten und diese Bewertung dogmatisch lege artis zu begründen.
