Aims, contents and method of the course

This course will focus on current and future challenges to human rights (law). Participants will be able to discuss current questions of human rights law with experts working on issues like human rights and climate change, human rights and artificial intelligence or business and human rights.

* Session: "Digitalization, Artificial Intelligence and Human Rights" Prof Gerards Saturday, 26th of March 2022:
- 25 points: written paper (case study) to be handed in on moodle by Friday, 25th of March 23:59 CET
