Aims, contents and method of the course

Auf Grundlage der Konzepte und Instrumente, die wir in der Lehrveranstaltung des WS
"Theoretische Grundlagen europäischer Wirtschaftspolitik"erarbeitet haben, werden wir aktuelle ökonomische Herausforderungen in der Europäischen Union behandeln.
Erstens erörtern wir die Krisenbewältigungsstrategien einzelner europäischer Volkswirtschaften sowie der Steuerungsinstitutionen der EU. Dabei nehmen wir sowohl die Finanz- und Wirtschaftskrise 2008ff. in den Blick als auch die aktuelle Wirtschaftskrise in Folge der Covid-19 Pandemie.
Zweitens diskutieren wir den Zusammenhang zwischen wachstums- und umweltorientierter Wirtschaftspolitik und vertiefen geschlechtergerechte Dimensionen Wirtschaftspolitik.
