Aims, contents and method of the course

Electrodynamics including electrostatics, electrical currents, magnetostatics, electromagnetic oscillations and waves.
Optics including geometrical optics, wave optics, quantum optics.
Elements of relativistic physics. Structure of matter.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Understanding of the foundations of electrodynamics, magnetism and optics as well as special relativity.
