At the moment, face-to-face classes are planned. Should the CoViD-19 situation worsen and the university management take appropriate measures, the course could also be held online.

The PUE is an exam-inherent course and serves as preparation for the module exam. Registration for PUE is not obligatory, but is recommended. Note: With the registration for PUE the participation is binding.
A cancellation of registration is possible until 30.10.2020 23:59.
Without exception, all students registered after this deadline can participate in PUE and will be graded according to the assessment criteria of PUE.
The grade of the PUE is NOT included in the grade of the module examination.
The proof of performance required for the module (VO + PUE) is provided by passing the module examination.

Aims, contents and method of the course

Consolidation of the lecture material by means of exercises.

Assessment and permitted materials

Exercises with a total of 24 points will be handed out to the students. "Working slots" and "Assessment slots" interchange. In the working slots, students will have the option to discuss the examples among each other and get feedback from the supervisor. In the assessment slots students (selected among those that have signed the confirmation sheet) will be asked to hand in their solutions, and present and discuss their solutions. .

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Grading is based on two to three handed in examples (8 points) plus points for the ticked examples (24 points)

29 - 32 Very Good
25 - 28 Good
21 - 24 Satisfying
17 - 20 Sufficient
0 - 16 Not sufficient
