Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Topics will include: Quantum states and operations, quantum entanglement, Bell's theorem, GHZ Paradox, Interaction free measurements, no-cloning and no-signaling theorem, quantum communication (quantum teleportation, quantum key distribution, random access codes), elements of quantum computing and error correction (Quantum Fourier transform, Grover algorithm etc.)
Assessment and permitted materials
One single written exam, including topics from the lectures and problem classes. You have to collect 50+% of points to pass the exam. No course materials or textbooks will be allowed during the exam.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Prerequisites: Quantum mechanics and linear algebra
Examination topics
All material covered during the lectures and problem classes.
