Aims, contents and method of the course

Path integrals in quantum mechanics.

Assessment and permitted materials

Asessment of seminar talks, discussion contributions, seminar protocols and solutions of home work problems.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Studying the path integral method as an alternative approach to quantum mechanics. Solving simple problems in quantum mechanics.

Examination topics

The participants work out selected topics and prepare seminar talks under guidance, that are presented and discussed in class. Solving quantum mechanical home work problems using path integral techniques. Latex is used for the writing of the seminar protocols and the solutions of the home work exercises.
