Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Data from physical experiments are collected with Vernier-sensors and camcorders. Data will then be visualized, analyzed and interpreted. Mathematical models are developed and compared to real-world data.

Assessment and permitted materials

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

The course enlarges the methodical/didactical toolbox of future physics teachers. It will be demonstrated how real-world situation are integrated in the classroom with mobile sensors and video analysis, creating a learning environment where raw data are collected, analyzed with spreadsheet programs and graphic-oriented programs to build models describing physical proceses.
