Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Exercises on the topics in elementary particle physics covered in the lecture notes, videos, and classes. Regular updates and forum on the Moodle page of the lecture.
Assessment and permitted materials
The exercises (PUE) are a course with continuous assessment (pi LV).
The PUE serves as preparation for the module exam. Registration for the PUE is not mandatory, but strongly recommended.Note: With the registration for the PUE the participation is mandatory. Cancellation of this course is possible until Friday 26.03.2021 23:59. All students registered after this deadline will be graded according to the assessment criteria of the PUE.The assessment of the PUE is based on two take-home problem sheets that need to be handed in for grading. Additional bonus points can be collected by presenting solutions during the exercise classes. The grade of the PUE is NOT included in the grade of the module exam.
The proof of performance required for the entire module (VO + PUE, 7 ECTS) is obtained by completing the module exam, see page of lecture.
