Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The phenomenon of entanglement and non-locality of composite quantum systems is considered as a source of quantum information and communication. We consider open quantum systems and describe the effects like decoherence and geometric phases. Typical examples within quantum optics and particle physics are presented.
