Oral examination: provided slides will be used for checking the understanding of solid state physics
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Minimal requirement: Basic understanding of solid state physics (passed).
E.g.,: what is a crystal? How can the structure of solid matter be determined? How can electronic, thermal, magnetic, optical, elastic properties of crystalline matter be understood and which techniques for exploring the properties can be used?
Three to five central questions will be asked:
