VO Interactions of Scientific Thinking and Development of Society in History:
Considering the history of sciences chronologically, emphasizing on modern times (from the 16th to the 20th century), with a special focus on social interactions

SE Science and Religion in History: How do religious convictions of scientists have an influence on their scientific research?

Assessment and permitted materials

VO Interactions of Scientific Thinking and Development of Society in History: The content of the lecture is part of the modul 2 - examination

SE Science and Religion in History: Each student has to prepare a short paper about the religious attitude of one scientist

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

VO Interactions of Scientific Thinking and Development of Society in History: To give an insight into the interactions between scientific thinking and society

SE Science and Religion in History: The participants shall learn to study such interactions, by means of a case study

SE Science and Religion in History: The students receive an instruction to become able to recognize the religious attitude of a scientist and its effect on his scientific research
