Aims, contents and method of the course
This course provides hands-on session on the methods and topics discussed in the accompanying lecture series “262005 VO Introduction to Computational Biology and Drug Discovery”
Assessment and permitted materials
Each session is accompanied by assignments and course work, which is completed at home and submitted for marking before a specified due date.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Minimum requirements: Familiarity with the content presented in the lecture series “262005 VO Introduction to Computational Biology and Drug Discovery”. Students will find a background in biology and/or chemistry enormously helpful.Assessment criteria: Attendance and active participation 30%; course work 40%; case studies 30%. Attendance is mandatory; absence during one course unit is permitted.
