Aims, contents and method of the course

This course is designed to accompany the lecture "262010 VO Introduction to Computational Chemistry and Physics (2024S)".
We will cover analytical examples and computer exercises regarding the following topics:
* Fundamentals of quantum mechanics
* Theory of the chemical bond
* Electronic structure methods
* Fundamentals of nuclear motion
* Fundamentals of statistical mechanics

Assessment and permitted materials

* attendance of the course
* active participation in the exercise classes and discussions
* upload weekly reports on the exercises

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

The minimum requirements for passing are:
* uploading 7/13 reports
* 80% attendance
