Aims, contents and method of the course
Various concepts of stereoselective recognition and its molecular basis, enantioselective separation principles implemented in gas- and liquid chromatography and in electrophoresis; alternative strategies using chiroptic methods and NMR spectroscopy, discussion of common types of applications
