Aims, contents and method of the course
An essential requirement for the efficient and high through-put analysis of complex samples is high-resolution separation using chromatography. All relevant steps ranging from sample preparation to optimisation of seperation processes for protein, peptides and small molecules will be presented and excecuted.

competence for practical use of HPLC instruments, hyphenated with various forms of detectors and appropriate data interpretation.

practical exertion of experiments including sample preperation, HPLC seperation, identification of molecules and quantification.
