Aims, contents and method of the course

Heterologous expression, protein purification and characterization,
DNA and nucleic acid synthesis, microarray photolithography, gene expression analysis
blocked LV

Assessment and permitted materials

Lecture on a current field of biotechnology, assessment of laboratory work and a protocol of the experiments

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Independent execution of the experimental arrangements under the guidance of a university assistant

Examination topics

Seminar lecture on a current area of biotechnology, cooperation in the discussion of the lectures held by the other.
Evaluation of the examples: practical skills, accuracy of the results and quality of the protocol
