Aims, contents and method of the course

Einbau nicht-proteinogener Aminosäuren in Proteine durch Manipulation des genetischen Codes. Selektive chemische Modifikationen von Proteinen. Fusionsproteine und Tags mit spezifischen Modifikationsreaktionen. Verknüpfung synthetischer Peptide und rekombinanter Proteine. Alle Methoden werden anhand aktueller Beispiele aus der Literatur vorgestellt.
