Aims, contents and method of the course

In this practical class the students work on modern problems in the field of structural biology. Special emphasis is put into achieving a balance between theoretical and practical examples. Main topics are: theoretical biochemistry, molecular modelling, molecular dynamics simulation, bioinformatiocs, protein crystallography, biophysical methods, biomolecular NMR spectroscoopy.
this laboratory ciourse teaches the necessary basis for further education in the field of biological chemistry and/or structural biology.
