Aims, contents and method of the course
Modern instrumentation in mass spectrometry: soft ionization techniques, high resolution analyzers, collision induced decay; fragmentation pathways in biopolymers associated with soft ionization techniques; data analysis supported by information retrieval from databases, mass spectrometry in bioanalysis and proteomic research
