Aims, contents and method of the course

Ergänzend zum IR-Teil des Grundkurses in Spektroskopie werden in dieser Lehrveranstaltung spezielle Mess- und Auswertemethoden, die in der Schwingunsspektroskopie zur Anwendung kommen, gelehrt.
Dazu gehören:
IR und Raman Mikroskopie, ATR (Abgeschwächte Total Reflexion), Externe Reflexion, Quantitative Analysen, Sekundärstruktur-Analyse, IR-Datenbanken.

Assessment and permitted materials

Beurteilung:
Seminarvortrag, Protokoll, Mitarbeit (Anwesenheitspflicht).
Die LVA wird bei Erfolg als "Mit Erfolg teilgenommen" beurteilt.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Es wird dringend empfohlen, vor diesem Kurs das Spektroskopische Praktikum zu absolvieren (im gleichen Semester möglich), da dieser Kurs auf den Kenntnissen des IR-Teils des spektroskopischen Praktikums aufbaut.
