Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The lecture gives a profound introduction to Chem(o)informatics, a field which heavily applies computational methods to process, integrate, and interpret chemical information produced by modern high-throughput screening technologies or combinatorial chemistry.
Assessment and permitted materials
The lecture will be held with physical presence in this term. Videos as well as slide handouts and a transcript of the audio track of the video for each lecture unit will be made available in Moodle. The study progress will be checked with regular multiple choice tests done online in the lecture hall at the start of each lecture unit.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Completion of all multiple choice tests. The total sum of points will be translated into a grade. Alternatively, students have of course the possibility to make an oral exam on the entire content of the lecture at the end of the term.
Examination topics
Content of the video lectures.
