Aims, contents and method of the course

The lecture deals witht the theoretical foundations and concepts of multidimensional NMR spectroscopy. The lecture provides a basis for a thorough understanding of modern NMR spectroscopy both for advanced students of chemistry and molecular biology, respectively.
