Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Computer Exercises for Lecture Chemoinformatics. Students acquire the ability to work out solutions of chemioinformatics problems related to molecules and reactions.
Assessment and permitted materials
The exercise will be available purely digital in this semester, due to the COVID-19 situation and the resulting lockdown. Jupyter-notebooks, supposed to be worked through by Students themselves will be made available in Moodle. Deliverables from these Jupyter-notebooks have to be uploaded in Moodle.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Upload of all deliverables from the Jupyter-notebooks.
Examination topics
Selected content from the lecture Chemoinformatics will be worked out practically on the computer. Exclusively open-source software under the operating system Linux will be used.

Handouts with exercises and prototype-solutions are provided at the beginning of each course unit.
