    Aims, contents and method of the course

    principles of the European and Austrian food law, labelling of foodstuffs, placing foreign foodstuffs on the Austrian market, the book of Austrian foodstuffs, surveillance of foodstuffs in the common market and especially in Austria, sampling, objections, criminal proceedings, hygiene regulations (EU-hygiene package, guidelines, HACCP).
