Aims, contents and method of the course
The stability of chemically sensitive layers for selective extraction of analytes can be optimized by synthetic receptors. For this purpose host-guest and patterned polymers can be applied. A high selectivity and sensitivity can be obtained in this way. It will be discussed which transducer is most favourable for the strategy chosen.
