Aims, contents and method of the course
Participants will improve their programming skills by implementing interesting examples and algorithms (e.g. Dynamic Programming). Most of the exercises are done individually by each student except the last one where a joint adventure has to be accomplished as a team.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
It is required that each participant has at least basic knowledge in a scripting (e.g. Python, Perl) or programming language (e.g. C++, Java).
Examination topics
This course is "püfungsimmanent", i.e. the participation as well as the submitted implementations to the assignments will result in the final grade.
