Aims, contents and method of the course
In der LV werden einfache Programmpakete des Molecular Modelling und von Molekülrechnungen vorgestellt. Nach einer Einführung in die Programmpakete Hyperchem, Alchemy und GAUSSIAN wird die Erstellung von Molekülmodellen praktisch geübt und in weiterer Folge molekulare Geometrien und andere Eigenschaften mit einem einfachen ab initio Verfahren berechnet. Abschlossen wird die LV durch die Suche von molekularer Geometrien in verschiedenen Datenbanken.
