Aims, contents and method of the course

Enzymes and isoenzymes, kinetics of enzyme catalyzed reactions, immobilisation of enzymes, enzyme reactors, enzyme electrodes; enzymatic analysis, end point methods, kinetic methods, determination of acitivators and inhibitors; determination of the catalytic activity of enzymes; principles of enzyme immunoassays.
Instrumental methods: absorption photometry, reflectance photometry, fluorimetry, luminometry (chemiluminescence, bioluminescence), amperometry, potentiometry,
enzyme reactors and enzyme electrodes coupled with flow injection systems
