Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Students will carry our a small bioinformatical research project related to
current topics in biological chemistry.
Practical application of bioinformatical tools for structure prediction and
sequence analysis; information retrieval from databases; interpretation and
presenting of research results.
Course material: Worksheets
Grading: attendance; course work; debriefing.

Assessment and permitted materials

Verpflichtende Anwesenheit. Die Beurteilung auf basis von aktiver Teilnahme und Ergebnisse der Versuche, schriftliches Protokoll, theoretisches Wissen und Abschlusspräsentation.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Aptitude in solving bioinformatical research tasks.
