    Information

    Aims, contents and method of the course

    In the lecture the most important methods of molecular modeling will be presented. At some selected examples special computer software and some applications will be introduced. Moreover, an introduction about important data bases, containing the sequences and structures of biomolecules will be given. A special topic of the lecture will be theoretical drug design strategies and the possibilities for the investigations on drug-protein interactions.
