Aims, contents and method of the course

F213: elective field of concentration analytical chemistry
Content: Configuration of a biosensor, biomolecules, amperometric and potentiometric biosensors (enzyme electrodes), fiber optic biosensors (optrodes), principles of FET-based biosensors, ionselective FETs, enzyme based FETs (ENFETs), microbial biosensors, calorimetric sensors, piezoelectric crystal biosensors; applications.
Flow injection analysis, principles and theory, dispersion, gradient, instrumentation, detectors, methods of operation, FIA-titrations, gradient dilution, stopped-flow technique, FIA coupled with flow-through biochemical sensors; application.
