Aims, contents and method of the course

Extraction and purification of nucleic acids; electrophoretic separation of nucleic acids; hybridization and visualization techniques; polymerase chain reaction (PCR); special PCR techniques; gene expression analysis; microarrays; DNA sequencing; analysis of DNA methylation
