Kurs II: 21. 01. bis 31. 01. 2025
Bitte geben Sie Ihre Priorität für Kurs I und/oder für Kurs II zwischen 1. und 15. Oktober über Moodle an.
Die verpflichtende Vorbesprechung (sowie die endgültige Einteilung in Kurs I oder II) findet am 17. 12. 2024 von 16h30 - 18h00 im HS2 statt.

Aims, contents and method of the course

The scope of the practical course is the imparting of theoretical and practicla knowledge and skills for quantitative chemical analyses.

Assessment and permitted materials

The final mark depends on good preparatory work, accuracy of analytical results, quality of reports and result of the final test.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

The final mark is calculated according to a point system.

Examination topics

Theoretical and practical knowledge on tritrimetry, ion-exchange chromatography, liquid-liquid extraction, solid-phase extraction, thin-layer chromatography, photometry, statistics, chemical calculations in analytical chemistry.

Reading list

Detailed scripts containing theory and practical instructions for the exercises, as well as chemical calculations (incl. solutions) are provided via Moodle.
