Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Determination of conformations and transfers between conformations; measuring of molecular diffusion, determination of host-guest interactions and corresponding dissociation equilibria; analysis of protein-ligand interactions; in situ determination of reactions and reaction kinetics; online determination of reaction mechanisms. NMR-techniques are presented on the basis of concrete examples from Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry. Mainly small organic molecules, proteins, and saccharides are used as model compounds.

Introduction into NMR-spectroscopic methods to investigate molecular dynamic, binding, reaction kinetic, and mechanisms on the basis of selected examples.
