Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The aim of this excursion is to give students an insight into the food processing industry or related companies. It is planned to visit a company in Vienna or Lower Austria.
Assessment and permitted materials
The assessment is based on ongoing participation as well as a written protocol, which must be submitted within two weeks of the excursion.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Participation in the preliminary meeting as well as the full-day excursion. If it is not possible to attend the preliminary meeting in person, please contact the course instructor in the previous week.
