    Überblick über die Zusatzstoffklassen, EU Rechtsvorschriften zu den Zusatzstoffen, Enzymen und Aromen, Zulassungsverfahren, Analytik und Sicherheitsbewertung von Lebensmittelzusatzstoffen

    Assessment and permitted materials

    The examination will be held orally in the office 2B578. Please register for the oral exam as usual. The exact time of the exam will be sent to you by e-mail about 2 days before the exam date.

    Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

    Grundlegende Kenntnisse der Anwendungen, Analytik und gesundheitlichen Bewertungen von Lebensmittelzusatzstoffen sowie deren gesetzliche Regelungen.

    Notenschlüssel:
    50 bis 63% ... genügend
    64 bis 77% ... befriedigend
    78 bis 91% ... gut
    92 bis 100% ... sehr gut
