Aims, contents and method of the course
Introduction into nanotechnology and advanced laser technology, nanooptics, optical near-field techniques, surface femtochemistry, nanolithography, organic opto-electronics, nanostructures, nanocorrosion, nanobiotechnology, special laser application.
