Aims, contents and method of the course
Full-day (10 days) lab course on protein biochemistry. 1st week: Experiments on stability, folding and refolding; ligand binding, accessibility of tryptophan-side chains for collision quench, and specific modification of amino acid side chains. 2nd week: Isolation and characterisation of a distinct (enzyme) protein.
