Aims, contents and method of the course

3 hours (3 credits) practice
F210: elective field of concentration analytical chemistry
Content: Optimization of separations by HPLC: maximal sample injection volume, best flow rates, optimal pH in RP-HPLC of ionogenic compounds, separation of entantiomers by host-guest complexation
