Aims, contents and method of the course

Contents: Development of analytical methods for the analyses of physiological and toxicological effects of food ingredients in biological systems (cell culture, biological material from animal and human studies).
Presentation of recent results and evaluation of articles published on a specific topic.
Diploma and Ph.D. students will have the opportunity to gain and exchange knowledge
