Aims, contents and method of the course
Lectures in nutritional biochemistry with a substantial background in chemistry and biochemistry. Emphasis on biochemical and physiological fundamentals of nutrition. Discussion of protein, fats, carbohydrate and energy and their roles and interrelationships in nutrition and metabolism.
