Aims, contents and method of the course

Aus der aktuellen Forschung der Arbeitsgruppe.

Chemisch-synthetisch orientiert:
- Synthese von Bausteinen für die Peptidsynthese (Posttranslationale Modifikationen)
- Synthese von speziellen Linkern für die Festphasensynthese
- Synthese von Peptiden (manuell und mit Hilfe von Syntheseautomaten)
Molekularbiologisch-proteinchemisch orientiert:
- Klonierung von Proteinen für die Expression in E. coli
- Expression, Reinigung und biochemische Charakterisierung von Proteinen
- Modifikation von Proteinen

Assessment and permitted materials

Praktische Übungen im Rahmen der Wahlbeispiele für ca. 3 Wochen, anschließendes Anfertigen eines Protokolls und Präsentation.
