Aims, contents and method of the course

Theory: Limitations of sequence-bases methods, structural decriptor
languages, pattern-based approaches.
Practical part: Y RNAs in nematodes, some bacterial sRNA families.
Grading: Written Report + oral Presentation
Goals: Aptitude in preparing and presenting scientific work.
