Aims, contents and method of the course

Modern immunoanalytical and molecular biological methods and their application in food and bioanalysis, e.g. the analysis of food allergens, the detection of food adulteration and the detection of epigenetic modifications

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Presentation and critical discussion of research results of master and PhD students and cooperation partners of the research group; presentation and critical discussion of results of recent studies significant for the research group

Examination topics

Evaluation: quality of oral presentation, competence in the discussion
