Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Presentations on current research results in the field of physiological chemistry and analytical food chemistry.

Prerequisite for participation in the course is the execution of a scientific thesis or project (e.g. master thesis, PhD) in the field of physiological chemistry or a related field.
The course will be held in English.

Assessment and permitted materials

Presentation and discussion of current research findings and participation in the full-day workshop.
