Goal:
Basic introduction into processing various *omics data sets individually as well as jointly

Content:
Basic introduction to and handling of
- genomics data
- RNA seq data
- proteomic data
- metabolomics data
- Fluxomics
Basic statistical approaches for multi-omics data
Concurrent integration into a genome-scale metabolic model
