Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Electrophoresis and Chromatography belong to the most commonly applied separation techniques when dealing with proteins, metabolites and nucleic acids. Different combinations of techniques may support the identification and quantification of biomolecules with very high efficiency.
Assessment and permitted materials
Written oral examination on the material covered by the lectures.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
get an overview of the great variety of separation techniques
